Job summary

RiDiK (a Subsidiary of CLPS. Nasdaq: CLPS) seeks a Business Support Manager to oversee governance, operations and continuous improvement.

The role collaborates with project, operations, finance and technology teams to ensure timely delivery, data accuracy and strong cost controls. The candidate will drive process improvements, build dashboards, optimise workflows and manage multiple priorities under a 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business operations, project governance, project management or a similar environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and business operations experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables/basic macros), Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of business operations analysis, project management and process improvement.
• Familiarity with SAP and project management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support project governance and compliance across delivery processes and governance frameworks.
• Monitor onshore/offshore service delivery, ensuring accountability, quality and timely execution.
• Partner with stakeholders on sales registration, project delivery, governance, financial and operational matters.
• Provide insights on project budgets, cost validation, billing plans, project exceptions and delivery progress.
• Drive process improvement, digitalisation and automation initiatives using tools such as RPA, AI and Power Automate.
• Work with IT and stakeholders to troubleshoot and optimise business systems and workflows.
• Support enhancements to dashboards and management reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure audit readiness through proper documentation, compliance and governance practices.
• Conduct knowledge sharing and training on project delivery, governance and process requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other business priorities as required.
