Job summary

Quince in Hong Kong seeks a Materials Sourcing Manager (Wool) to lead the Wool procurement program, optimize cost and quality, and expand a global supplier network for premium materials.

You will partner with Product Development and Merchandising to align material requirements, manage supplier performance, and drive sustainable sourcing across categories, ensuring high standards and timely market readiness.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in materials procurement or sourcing, focused on Wool materials.
• Deep knowledge of the Wool value chain from sourcing to grading and end-use applications.
• Strong network with tanneries and ethical Wool suppliers.
• Proven ability to reduce costs and optimize processes.
• Excellent negotiation and cross-geography supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Wool procurement strategy.
• Build and expand a global network of Wool suppliers.
• Maintain a central Wool materials library for high quality and speed to market.
• Analyze market trends, volatility, and risks to inform procurement.
• Lead supplier performance management and ensure ethical and environmental compliance.
• Provide regular reporting on procurement performance and savings.
