Job summary

Quince is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager for Men's Sweater (CN) to lead supplier development across China and SEA. You will build and manage vendor relationships, drive cost efficiency, and ensure quality and sustainability in fast-paced DTC operations.

You will oversee onboarding, vendor performance, and strategic sourcing initiatives, with a focus on scale and responsible practices. The role demands a decade of sourcing experience and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in men's sweater categories.
• Strong data-driven decision making and problem solving.
• Independent learner able to adapt quickly to challenges.
• Analytical and execution-focused with process improvement mindset.
• Collaborative communicator across teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Identify, vet, pitch, and onboard vendors to secure quality, cost, speed, and scalability.
• Onboard vendors with clear test periods and scalable capabilities.
• Manage supplier relationships through onboarding trainings and performance reviews.
• Improve product costs, quality, and terms within current categories while expanding the base.
• Collaborate with merchants, procurement, and partners on pricing and margins.
• Build speed and scalability through planning, replenishment, and data analysis.
• Ensure factories meet legal, ethical, and sustainability standards.
• Develop contingency sourcing strategies and backup vendors.
• Represent Quince in partnerships to drive continuous improvement.
