Quince seeks a Sourcing Director, Apparel to lead the end-to-end sourcing and supply chain for our apparel category, building a world-class multi-sourcing network within the Quince D2C model.

You will onboard new manufacturing partners, optimize lead times, and drive ROIC while collaborating with Merchandising and Product Development to expand styles and colors. The role demands strategic leadership and a data-driven approach to supplier management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a director-level sourcing/procurement or supplier-management role with major US-based retailers.
• Strong network of factories across fabrics (woven, knit, sweater knit) and regions (APAC, IST, EMEA).
• Experience leveraging factories/vendor expertise to design, cost engineer, and bring products to market.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement end-to-end apparel sourcing strategy with multi-sourcing for resilience.
• Onboard manufacturing partners to D2C model and coach for rapid replenishment.
