Magic Search Limited in Hong Kong seeks a strategic Toys Account Manager / Project Manager to drive toy product projects from concept to market, managing merchandising, pricing, and development through mass production and shipment.

You will partner with Design, R&D and Licensing, source global vendors, ensure compliance with toy safety standards, and travel to Dongguan as required; fluency in English is essential, Cantonese/Mandarin advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Merchandising / Product Development experience in Toys/FMCG.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Outgoing, commercially savvy, and proactive with a hands-on approach.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, adaptable, and a strong team player.
• Fluent spoken and written English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage comprehensive merchandising activities from quotation, price negotiation, and product development through to mass production, quality inspection, and final shipment.
• Constantly source and evaluate new products and vendors globally to enhance product quality, drive innovation, and secure competitive pricing.
• Lead critical milestone management to ensure project delivery aligns with retail buyer launch schedules.
• Work closely with internal Design, R&D and Licensing teams to execute creative concepts and packaging solutions while ensuring brand style guide compliance.
• Partner with Sales team to tailor product specifications and customized packaging programs according to specific private label client requirements.
• Oversee production timelines, monitor factory performance, and ensure full alignment with international toy safety and compliance standards.
• Travel to factories at Dongguan, Mainland China as required.
• Participate in trade fairs and market visits as required.
