Job summary

Grandmax Hong Kong Limited is seeking a seasoned toys merchandiser to coordinate the cycle from sample development to production and manage orders with overseas clients and suppliers. The role requires 4-8 years of merchandising experience, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Ideal candidates should be detail-minded, proactive, and able to negotiate with vendors, ensuring on-time production and delivery. This is a full-time/permanent position based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of toys merchandising experience.
• Solid experience in order processing from development to production.
• Detail-minded, flexible, self-initiative with good interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Good command of both spoken & written English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the merchandising cycle from sample development to production.
• Handle sales orders and quotation follow up with overseas clients and suppliers.
• Support on sourcing vendors, price negotiation and order management.
• Responsible for production follow up with factory to ensure prompt delivery.
