Job summary

Furnicraft HK Limited is seeking a shipment coordinator to manage daily shipment operations for its outdoor furniture and camping products distributed worldwide. The role involves handling import/export documents and ensuring smooth coordination with customers, forwarders, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of experience in shipment coordination, familiarity with Tradelink declarations, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Certificate graduate or above.
• 3-4 years working experience in shipment coordination.
• Solid experience in handling full set of I/E shipping documents.
• Experience in tradelink declaration with trading background.
• Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform the daily smooth operation and shipment coordination.
• Handle full set of I/E shipping documents and Tradelink declaration.
• Prepare delivery documents and shipment schedules.
• Follow up shipment with customers, forwarders and internal parties.
• Maintain efficient database and assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.
