Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree holder in related discipline with 1-3 years’ relevant experience in financial industry
• Solid experience of FICC and OTC products is an advantage
• Good PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, independent and proactive

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operation of settlement activities for local and global equities, fixed-income products, OTC products, futures and options
• Ensuring all processing transactions are complied with internal procedures in a timely manner
• Assist on overall operations support including daily reporting and product life-cycle monitoring
• Liaise with front office, brokers, custodians and/or IT department to resolve trade and settlement issues
• Support UAT and participate in any projects as assigned
