Cathay Pacific is seeking a proven leader to head Global Business Services, People Services. You will own end-to-end delivery, governance, and transformation of employee services across the Cathay Group, partnering with business units and authorities to ensure accurate data and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a high-performing, diverse team across geographies, drive service excellence, CX metrics, and cross-functional initiatives, including HRMS projects, within a future-ready operating

Competenze

• 15+ years of experience leading a large support/service operation.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification or professional credential in HR, Lean, Six Sigma or change management is an advantage.
• Extensive leadership experience in People Services, HR operations or shared services.
• Proven record delivering customer-focused services with strong governance, risk and control.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional transformation with productivity and cost benefits.
• Strong understanding of digital service delivery, automation and self-service.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with budgeting and resource optimization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, with advisory credibility to senior leaders.
