Job summary

BIT Group is seeking a dynamic Senior Public Relations Manager to operate at the convergence of TradFi and Web3. You will drive fast-paced global PR campaigns, secure earned media across Bloomberg, Reuters, FT, and crypto outlets, and lead executive visibility programs.

You will leverage a robust media network to shape narratives, manage crisis communications, and partner with marketing, product, and regional teams to accelerate BIT's growth in a rapidly evolving crypto ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive PR and media relations experience.
• Dual TradFi and Web3 background required.
• Proven record with Tier-1 journalists and non-paid placements.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute global PR and communications strategies.
• Lead proactive media outreach and interview placements.
• Draft high-volume press releases, FAQs, and talking points.
• Develop high-frequency editorial calendars and anticipate crypto/regulatory shifts.
• Oversee executive speaking programs and KOL partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrated campaigns.
• Manage crisis communications and monitoring across jurisdictions.
