Job summary

BIT is seeking a dynamic Senior Public Relations Manager who operates at the convergence of Tradition Finance and Web3/Crypto. You will lead high-velocity global communications, secure earned media, and guide rapid-fire PR campaigns across markets.

The role requires building a robust media network, driving share of voice, and coordinating with KOLs and influencers to amplify BIT Group narratives in both traditional finance and crypto spaces.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive PR and media relations experience, combining agency and fintech/crypto in-house environments.
• Dual TradFi & Web3 background with track record across traditional finance and crypto ecosystems.
• Verifiable portfolio of Tier-1 placements and a strong media Rolodex.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute global PR and communications strategies to expand market presence.
• Drive proactive media outreach and interview placements across legacy and crypto outlets, focusing on earned coverage.
• Lead rapid-fire company announcements, press materials, FAQs, and messaging matrices under tight deadlines.
• Develop high-frequency editorial calendars anticipating macro trends and regulatory updates.
• Oversee executive profiling and speaking programs, coordinating inquiries and pitches for live and print media.
