Job summary

Klook in Hong Kong is seeking a Manager, Performance Marketing SEM to lead global SEM/Performance Max strategy for hotels and car rentals, with P&L accountability. You will set the North Star, own execution, and partner with product, tech, and supply to align ads with inventory.

You will drive automation, work with R&D/Data Science, and report to executives via MBRS/QBRs, mentoring a small team and managing external partners like Google to balance growth with efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
• 6–8+ years of working SEM experience.
• Experience mentoring or managing small teams.
• Strong commercial mindset and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the North Star for SEM/Performance Max strategy globally and own the P&L.
• Lead executive reporting with MBRS/QBRs and growth forecasts.
• Partner with Product, Tech and Supply to align roadmaps and ads.
• Drive MarTech automation and AI tooling for scalability.
• Mentor and train a team of SEM specialists.
• Manage external partners like Google and enable alpha/beta features.
