First Circle is building an automated, end-to-end SME financial services platform with a new CRM. We seek a product manager to own the global sales platform, designing a system that connects accounts, opportunities, and product lines across divisions and countries.

You’ll work with engineers daily to translate user needs into robust, scalable solutions. The role suits a systems thinker with SQL, APIs, and data modeling fluency, plus a strong track record of automating processes and driving

Competenze

• 4+ years in product or systems roles owning sales systems or B2B workflows.
• Strong track record of automating out manual processes.
• Multi-country rollout and APAC experience is a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Own the entire sales platform, including UI, routing, accounts, and sales intelligence.
• Automate sales admin and reduce manual tasks.
• Design configurable routing rules and ownership by Sales Ops.
• Work with engineers to spec and ship features to production.
• Scale internationally considering local teams, languages, currencies, and data privacy rules.
• Own metrics: adoption, usage, admin time, funnel speed, gaps.
