Job summary

RD Technologies in Hong Kong seeks a senior Compliance professional to support the Head of Compliance in executing regulatory strategy, obtaining licenses, and maintaining ongoing compliance across major jurisdictions. The role focuses on aligning the business model with local and international licensing requirements and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of regulatory compliance experience in cross-border fintech or digital asset platforms.
• In-depth HK SFC knowledge and FATF standards for VASPs/digital assets.
• Experience with licensing applications and regulatory maintenance in fintech.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; ability to engage with regulators.

Responsibilities

• Licensing & Regulatory Strategy: drive cross-border license applications and maintenance.
• Align business models with local and international licensing requirements.
• SFC & Cross-Border Payment Regulation: ensure compliance under HK SFC regime.
• Regulatory Liaison & Maintenance: liaison with SFC and regulators; support inquiries and audits.
• Regulatory Monitoring & Policy Enhancement: track trends and translate into internal policies.
• Compliance Culture & Training: advise operations and conduct regulatory updates and training.
