Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Public Policy or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience; compliance/legal experience preferred.
• Familiar with Hong Kong regulatory framework; strong policy sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Track regulatory developments from SFC, HKMA, FSTB, HKEX across brokerage and asset management sectors.
• Assist in analyzing regulatory impact and drafting responses to consultation papers.
• Maintain daily communication with regulatory authorities and prepare materials for cross-border inspections.
