Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Law, Business, or related field.
• Experience in strategy, regulatory strategy, risk management, FinTech, RegTech, or complex project management.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop global regulatory strategy and market-entry roadmap.
• Coordinate licensing across markets and track requirements.
• Improve processes to be more efficient, standardized, and scalable.
• Leverage RegTech, AI, and automation to streamline operations.
• Evaluate regulatory risks and ROI for initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation.
