Job summary

Cathay Pacific Group seeks a global Procure-to-Pay Leader to own the end-to-end P2P process design, governance and performance. You will drive standardised controls and cross-functional collaboration across buying channels, requisitions, goods receipt, invoices and payments.

Collaborating with Finance, GBS, Technology and category teams, you will simplify processes, automate where possible, and improve payment readiness across regions while upholding procurement policy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ relevant experience in procurement operations, process excellence, procurement transformation or shared services environments.
• Degree holder in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline; professional certification advantageous.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, controls, governance and industry best practices.
• Experience supporting procurement technology platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process design, standards and governance, including process maps and control documentation.
• Define buying channels and process requirements for different spend types (catalogue, guided buying, PO-backed buying).
• Drive adoption of preferred buying channels and address non-compliant buying with stakeholders.
• Partner with category teams to connect contracts to channels and improve goods-receipt discipline and payment readiness.
• Monitor goods receipts, invoice exceptions, payment delays and value leakage; implement improvements to ensure on-time payment.
