Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering with 2–3 years of work experience in a technical manufacturing role.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an edge but not mandatory.
• Some experience in financial analysis is a positive add-on to the skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI (data shaping, DAX modeling, visualization) and comfort with complex regional data.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Global CAPEX management including business case review and annual CAPEX budget management.
• Program managing global projects (site setups, product launches, production transfers across countries).
• Analyze financial data to identify issues impacting regional or site performance.
• Create accessible Power BI reports for management updates; develop a single source of truth data sources.
• Leverage AI/ML knowledge as an added advantage.
• Collaborate with functions to implement recovery actions and cost-saving opportunities.
