Job summary

Cathay Pacific is seeking a senior Procure-to-Pay Transformation Lead to shape the global P2P process by defining standards, policies and controls across buying channels, requisitions, orders, receipts, invoicing and payments.

You will partner with Procurement, Finance, Technology and data teams to drive adoption, enhance governance, accelerate automation, monitor performance and enable timely payments while reducing exceptions.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience in procurement operations or transformation.
• Degree holder; professional certification advantageous.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P processes and governance.
• Experience with SAP/Ariba/Coupa/Oracle platforms.
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process design, standards and governance.
• Define buying channels and process requirements for spend types.
• Drive adoption of preferred buying channels and reduce non-compliant buying.
• Partner with category teams to connect contracts to channels.
• Monitor goods receipts, invoice exceptions, payment delays and value leakage.
• Establish P2P controls and cross-functional accountability.
• Identify process simplification and automation opportunities.
• Develop guidance, knowledge content, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Technology and Data teams on system improvements.
• Define KPIs and provide reporting to governance forums.
