Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a technically strong professional to act as the primary contact for B2B clients, ensuring rapid first-line resolutions across digital assets, equities and futures. You will perform daily health checks to maximize uptime and own the end-to-end incident and change management lifecycle with executive reporting.

In this role you will collaborate with third-party vendors, support development projects, and oversee testing, including rigorous UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in a technical discipline required.
• Experience in hands-on software or application support in financial services preferred.
• Experience with OMS platforms a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows, VMware, SQL and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for B2B clients, driving first-line resolutions in digital assets, equities and futures.
• Perform daily health assessments to guarantee platform uptime.
• Own end-to-end incident and change management lifecycle, including executive reporting.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex production bottlenecks.
• Provide technical input to development projects and oversee internal testing.
• Lead UAT to ensure smooth system upgrades with compliance alignment.
• Deliver on-call remote or phone-based support during non-standard hours.
• VP-level: direct daily ops of the support staff and provide architectural guidance to software teams.
