Job summary

GP Technologies Limited is seeking a Merchandiser to manage orders from quotation through delivery, collaborating with buyers, customers and vendors to negotiate prices, quantities, product design and timelines. You will liaise with internal overseas offices to meet customer expectations and procurement requirements, and ensure shipment timeliness.

The role requires non-degree or above, 1 year or more in merchandising or related fields, strong communication in English and Chinese, and

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English and Chinese; written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Self-driven, fast learner, able to meet tight deadlines and timelines.
• Willing to travel when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Follow orders from quotation to delivery and arrange payment and shipment.
• Negotiate prices, quantities, product design and timelines with buyers, customers and vendors.
• Coordinate with overseas offices to meet customer expectations and procurement requirements.
• Ensure timely shipment with shipping colleagues and attend worldwide exhibitions.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
