Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/Certificate in business administration or marketing related disciplines.
• 2 years of working experience in operations / backend supports; fresh graduates considered.
• Detail-minded and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Proficiency in MS applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing).
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Marketing Officer.
• Immediate availability would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams and provide marketing support in residential retention team (e.g. gather market intelligence, prepare marketing plans, and operation of sending promotion material for retention service by salesforce)
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Test) for platform development and enhancement
• Assist in budget management and coordinate for monthly accrual preparation
• Handle Ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
