The role oversees the IT project and application portfolio, ensures alignment with business objectives and global standards, and drives digital transformation and organizational change.

You will lead governance, resource optimization, and stakeholder engagement at the executive level, fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT portfolio/program/project delivery experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management in multi-market environments.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps and modern delivery methods.
• Track record of driving organizational change and benefits realization.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global IT project and application portfolio across markets.
• Drive delivery on time, scope and budget for multi-market programs.
• Lead governance frameworks, standards and metrics.
• Partner with business leaders to align IT delivery with strategy.
• Champion organizational change and adoption of new ways of working.
• Report portfolio status to senior leadership.
