Job summary

Green Court Capital Management is seeking graduates for the Business Management Accelerator Program in Hong Kong. The Analyst role offers a two-year rotation program across key functions, including Business Development, Corporate Functions, Legal & Compliance, Finance & Tax, Investment Operations, and Trade Operations.

You will rotate through at least three areas to gain a solid understanding of asset management, with mentorship and progression tracking throughout the program.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of working experience or internships are welcomed.
• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree from a reputable university.
• Genuine interest in Business and Finance.
• Previous internship or co-op experience; non-finance backgrounds welcome to apply.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office, macros are a bonus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Putonghua/Mandarin an advantage.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mature, driven, proactive with superior time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across at least three functions to understand asset management operations.
• Mentor and monitor progress during rotations to develop core skills.
