Job summary

Fidelity International invites graduates to join a structured graduate programme in Hong Kong. You will rotate across different investment teams, preparing core marketing presentations and client reporting materials to support sales activity.

You will be supported by a buddy and mentor, work with Investment Directors and specialists, and progress toward CFA Level 1 exams as you gain experience in investment management.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
• English language proficiency required
• Final-year students (Class of 2027 preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support investment directing and investment specialists and prepare core marketing presentations and reporting materials to support sales activities.
• Work with internal stakeholders to source key data and obtain latest internal views on issues, assisting with project management tasks.
• Join the team and work with several Investment Directors and other stakeholders to support client reporting and marketing efforts.
