Endeavour Search Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on technical leader to deliver strategic IT infrastructure programs across APAC within a large, publicly listed organization. The role blends technical depth with leadership, guiding cloud, security, data center, and networking initiatives.

You will drive Azure and M365 projects, oversee server/hardware/storage, and manage security and DR. Strong vendor coordination, FinOps, and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years IT experience including project coordination and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, M365, Entra ID, Copilot, AD.
• Experience with server hardware, storage, VM, backup, DR.
• Strong networking skills (Switches/Router/Firewall/Load balancer/MPLS).
• Security solutions knowledge (Certs, WAF, CDN).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Prepare clear project docs and presentations.
• Willing to learn new technologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation and administration of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Provide hands-on support for servers, storage, backup, networking, security, and cloud services.
• Assist with solution design, cost estimation (FinOps), and architecture documentation.
• Manage infra projects involving network devices and MPLS.
• Coordinate with internal teams, regional stakeholders, vendors; track schedules and budgets.
• Prepare status reports, minutes, technical documents, and management updates.
• Escalate risks and critical issues in a timely manner.
