Job summary

KOS International Talent Group is recruiting a Head of Talent & Culture for Hong Kong. You will lead the global HR and culture agenda, partnering with executive leadership to design scalable people frameworks across markets.

Based in Hong Kong, you will drive organisational design, workforce planning and culture transformation to support the next phase of growth. You will lead a lean HR team and align governance with subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record partnering with C-suite on people initiatives.
• Experience supporting globally dispersed operations.
• Strong background in organisational change and culture transformation.
• Experience with tech, fintech, AI or innovation-led industries preferred.
• Based in Hong Kong and willing to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the group HR, people and culture function across international markets.
• Partner closely with senior leadership on organisational design, workforce planning and business transformation initiatives.
• Drive cultural transformation and employee engagement efforts as the organisation grows.
• Strengthen group-level HR governance and align across subsidiaries.
• Support M&A activities, business integration and international expansion projects.
• Build scalable HR processes, policies and operating frameworks for a fast-growing global organisation.
• Coach and influence senior stakeholders on talent management and leadership development.
• Lead, develop and optimise a lean HR team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
