Develop and implement a global store expansion strategy aligned with brand objectives.
Oversee design, construction, procurement, and real estate management for stores worldwide.
Create standardized SOPs for store development and operations across regions.
Drive innovative store concepts and model-store formats for various locations.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and other departments to align CAPEX and brand messaging.
Produce comprehensive project documentation and maintain timelines and budgets.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing store development team.
