Job summary

The English Schools Foundation (ESF) Hong Kong seeks a Head of Professional Learning to lead a comprehensive, scalable suite of learning initiatives for teachers and staff. You will align programmes with ESF’s Vision 2030, secure funding, and build a culture of continuous improvement across ESF schools and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or related discipline.
• Proven track record leading professional learning or organisational development strategies.
• Experience in international school systems or educational networks.
• Strong coaching, adult learning, and leadership capacity building.

Responsibilities

• Design, lead and scale an integrated suite of professional learning initiatives.
• Architect and execute long-term strategy aligned to Vision 2030 and funding opportunities.
• Lead data-driven evaluation to improve program impact and outcomes.
• Direct, mentor and develop the Professional Learning team.
• Build partnerships with local and international school networks and providers.
