Job summary

Bitget is seeking a senior financial accounting leader as Head of Group Consolidation & Reporting to manage multi-currency, multi-jurisdictional consolidated statements. You will partner with senior stakeholders, oversee the external audit, and drive technical accounting guidance across the group.

The role requires CPA or equivalent, 12+ years of consolidation experience, and strong IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, with fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with strong IFRS and US GAAP knowledge.
Over 12 years of hands-on financial accounting and group consolidation experience.
Experience leading teams and coordinating with external auditors.
Excellent English and Chinese communication; senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Own and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements across multi-currency entities.
Review and approve team outputs, guiding complex accounting positions and structuring decisions.
Lead GAAP bridge work between IFRS and US GAAP and document processes.
Serve as primary contact for external auditors and manage the annual audit timeline.
