Job summary

Rise Associates Asia Limited is seeking a Senior Finance Manager (Financial Reporting) to lead the preparation, review, and timely submission of consolidated financial statements, MD&A, and disclosure packages. You will oversee a team of accountants and drive process improvements across the close cycle.

The role requires HKICPA/CPAA, 8–10 years of experience, Big 4 audit exposure, US GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and strong presentation and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• HKICPA or CPAA qualification required.
• 8–10 years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
• At least 3 years of direct managerial experience (Manager grade or above).
• Big 4 audit experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS standards and intercompany transactions.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and timely submission of consolidated financial statements, MD&A, and disclosure packages.
• Liaise with external and internal auditors; manage year-end audit processes and PBC requests.
• Direct and mentor a team of senior and staff accountants.
• Drive automation and efficiency across the close cycle with IT and Operations.
• Deliver executive summaries, balance sheet variance analyses, and working capital insights.
• Collaborate on ERP optimization and enhancements of financial reporting tooling.
