Job summary

KOS International Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Head of Innovation & Strategic Partnerships to drive the growth of an international energy-innovation platform. You will lead strategic partnerships, startup acceleration, and ecosystem development to scale ventures and broaden global reach.

Build relationships with investors, corporate partners and industry stakeholders; oversee pilots, funding opportunities and commercialization efforts to expand the platform’s impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in startup accelerators, venture capital, or innovation platforms.
• Proven ability to connect startups, investors and corporate partners.
• Strong leadership and execution skills with strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the platform growth strategy to expand international presence.
• Lead outreach to startups, investors and strategic partners year-round.
• Build relationships with venture capital firms, corporate partners and sponsors.
• Secure sponsorships and funding opportunities for the platform and ventures.
• Oversee selection of startups and technology projects and accelerate their growth.
• Facilitate pilots and real-world applications for technology validation.
• Lead operations, programs, events and partnership activities.
• Represent the platform at industry forums and investor meetings.
