Job summary

Charterhouse Limited is seeking a seasoned Key Account Lead for a Global FMCG principal role in Hong Kong. You will lead account planning, negotiate commercial agreements, drive promotional effectiveness, and ensure strong execution and availability across priority retailers.

You will collaborate with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and internal stakeholders to deliver sell-out and distribution targets, leveraging 12-15 years of FMCG modern trade KAM experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12-15 years of proven FMCG experience in modern trade key account management.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with retail buyers.
• Commercial mindset balancing growth, margin, and trade spend.
• Strong execution discipline with ability to manage multiple promotions and retailer priorities.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead key account management for assigned modern trade retailers and plan quarterly/annual reviews.
• Drive commercial negotiations on pricing, trade terms, promotions, listings and activation opportunities.
• Ensure promotion planning and in-store execution excellence.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to secure supply availability, merchandising, POSM deployment, and retailer compliance.
• Prepare and present business plans and performance reporting; identify growth opportunities.
