Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a product specialist for cross-border synthetic prime products. You will act as the team’s main client-facing expert, covering Delta one and equity financing, with a focus on hedge funds and equity derivatives ideas.

The role requires strong communication in Chinese and English, collaboration with traders, sales, and IT across regions, and a proven ability to manage complex workflows while ensuring risk controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in business administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in relevant functions in leading banks.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English.
• Strong team player able to liaise with senior management across clients and internal teams.
• Ability to build relationships across regions and demonstrate operational risk awareness.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for cross-border synthetic prime products and services.
• Solid knowledge on Delta one, SBL/equity financing; China A share practices familiarity a plus.
• Coverage across major institutional clients with a focus on hedge funds and equity derivatives opportunities.
• Collaborate with trading and structuring teams on derivative solutions and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Traders, Sales, Back Offices, IT across regions to ensure smooth operations.
