Job summary

Airbus China Limited in Hong Kong seeks a professional to manage Entry Into Service planning and daily FHS operations for contracts in Hong Kong. You will coordinate with teams across Europe, Asia and the USA to ensure timely delivery, KPI reporting and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a university degree in engineering or related field, at least three years in aviation or supply chain, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering, quality or program/business management, purchasing or aerospace or equivalent.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in aviation or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily FHS operational performance and secure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to contract SLAs through KPI reporting and clear communication.
• Support FHS teams during Aircraft-On-Ground situations.
• Lead crisis management and escalate as needed with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Manage data and reporting in MIS and related IT tools.
