Job summary

We’re seeking an organized Events Operations professional to support a portfolio of live and virtual events, focusing on a set of brands, ensuring flawless delivery and clear post-event analysis.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in event management and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in event management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Research suitable venues and work with Ops to select options.
• Negotiate and contract venues for conferences, dinners, receptions and awards.
• Produce and file timelines, contracts, travel plans and supplier details.
• Maintain accurate spend records for each event.
• Communicate effectively with sales, editorial and sponsorship teams.
• Manage local events onsite and coordinate necessary support.
• Conduct pre and post-event evaluations and report findings.
