Job summary

TF International Securities' Global Markets Institutional Brokerage desk in Hong Kong seeks an experienced sales trader to cover HK, China Connect, Asia and US markets for institutional clients, delivering timely execution across low-touch and high-touch platforms.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales trading, strong client communication, and deep knowledge of OMS workflows; fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with night shift availability to align with global sessions.

Qualifications

5+ years working experience in sales trading.
Proactive and outgoing personality with strong desire to communicate with clients and internal colleagues.
Familiar with OMS and institutional dealing workflows, Broadridge UL Trader or similar.
Must have algorithmic trading experience across HK, Asia and US equity markets.
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Night shift experience and availability is required.

Responsibilities

Provide sales trading and execution services for HK, China Connect, Asia and US markets to institutional clients.
Execute trading with speed and accuracy according to strategy.
Provide continuous and accurate market data to senior sales traders.
Generate daily trading summaries and dealer-related reports.
Assist in optimizing trading systems and workflows to improve performance/cost ratio.
Communicate with sales, IT, and settlement on ad hoc projects.
