Job summary

WIN SOURCE is seeking a Purchasing Manager to expand global sourcing channels and strengthen supply chain security. You will leverage supplier networks and market insights to drive strategic procurement and negotiate favorable terms across international suppliers.

You will manage RFQs, assess supplier risk, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity and resilience on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electronic components procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Experience in supplier development and building sourcing channels.
• Strong market understanding of global electronic component supply markets.
• Ability to evaluate supplier value, risks and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain global electronic component suppliers, including manufacturers and distributors.
• Expand qualified sourcing channels to improve supply diversity.
• Evaluate supplier reliability, authenticity, traceability and supply interruption risks.
• Lead RFQs, price negotiations, lead-time confirmations and sourcing projects.
• Monitor semiconductor market trends, inventory changes and pricing movements.
• Build long-term supplier partnerships to improve competitiveness and resilience.
• Collaborate with global sales, quality and logistics teams to solve sourcing needs.
• Optimize supplier structures for flexibility and supply chain resilience.
