Job summary

New POS Network (HK) Limited is seeking a results-driven Digital Growth Lead to develop e-commerce and online sales strategies for Hong Kong and international markets. You will drive traffic, optimise conversion and revenue, and manage key digital channels.

This role requires coordinating with SEO, social, design, and development teams to boost growth and retention. You will adapt strategies across markets including Hong Kong, the US, UK and Europe, guiding product and tech teams with

Qualifications

• Experience in E-commerce, Digital Growth, Online Sales or Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience driving online sales or revenue growth.
• Good understanding of Google / Meta and other digital marketing channels.
• Ability to analyse website and sales performance and turn insights into action.
• Experience in Hong Kong and/or Western markets.
• Hands-on mindset with leadership capability.
• Ability to work effectively with Product, Design and Development teams.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with both Hong Kong and Mainland China teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop e-commerce and online sales strategies for Hong Kong and international markets.
• Drive website traffic, conversion and revenue growth.
• Plan and manage key digital marketing and advertising channels.
• Analyse website and sales data to identify problems and growth opportunities.
• Improve the website, customer journey, CRM and retention.
• Adapt strategies for different markets including Hong Kong, the US, UK and Europe.
• Provide clear direction to SEO, Social Media, Design and Development teams.
• Take a hands-on role in the early-stage growth of our self-operated e-commerce business.
