Job summary

Hina Technology Co., Limited is seeking a hands-on Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns for clients targeting global markets. You will work across diverse brands and industries, developing strategies aligned with each client’s goals.

You’ll manage multiple accounts, including budgets, campaign setup, audience targeting, keywords, creative testing, bidding, and day-to-day optimization, with a focus on measurable performance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, mobile apps, lead generation, or overseas brand advertising.
• Must independently build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts.
• Must be familiar with GA4, Google Tag Manager, GMC, Looker Studio, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking across major advertising platforms.
• Strong client communication, reporting, and media-planning proposal skills with data-driven explanations.
• Excellent problem-solving, time-management and resilience for multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Innovative, eager to learn and highly responsible with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage advertising campaigns for overseas markets across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, develop media strategies tailored to each client and platform.
• Handle multiple accounts, including budgets, campaign setup, audience targeting, keywords, creative testing, bidding, and day-to-day campaign optimization.
• Analyze CPA, ROAS, conversions, revenue, and other KPIs to improve performance.
• Prepare client weekly & monthly reports and communicate results, insights, and recommendations.
• Support client website tracking setup across GA4, GTM, GMC, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Looker Studio, and Shopify.
