Job summary

Leadingnation in Singapore seeks a Senior Digital Asset Product Manager to lead custody, trading, payments, and tokenization for retail and high-net-worth clients. You will coordinate tech, legal, compliance, and operations to deliver secure, compliant digital asset solutions and integrate with wealth platforms globally.

Drive cross-functional initiatives, oversee risk controls, and ensure regulatory alignment with MAS, HKMA, FCA, and PRA across markets.

Qualifications

• Digital asset product management experience including custody, trading, payments, stable coins, and tokenized real-world assets.
• Experience aligning product strategies with regulatory requirements across MAS, HKMA, FCA, PRA.
• Leadership across cross-functional teams including technology, legal, compliance, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager in the global development, enhancement, and management of digital asset products for retail and HNW clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive secure, innovative, and compliant digital asset solutions.
• Facilitate integration of digital assets with wealth management and retail banking platforms while maintaining regulatory mandates.
• Handle onboarding of liquidity providers and asset issuers for DA, derivatives, and FX/precious metals.
• Develop and execute product strategies for digital assets including custody, payments, trading, tokenization, and blockchain-based products.
• Align product vision with global market trends and regulatory requirements for retail and private banking clients.
• Analyze competitive landscapes and propose enhancements to maintain best-in-class positioning.
• Manage wealth management derivatives product capability across private banking, business banking, and retail clients.
