Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of compliance experience in brokerage or asset management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-identification skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with regional teams.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Bloomberg.

Responsibilities

• Manage licensing applications, regulatory filings, and periodic compliance reporting.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Group's compliance framework and policies.
• Perform trade monitoring and surveillance to identify and prevent market abuse and regulatory breaches.
• Investigate trade surveillance alerts, resolve routine exceptions, and elevate high-risk issues.
• Support regional initiatives, including system implementations, UAT, and new product launches.
• Coordinate ad-hoc regulatory inspections, inquiries, and information requests.
