Job summary

Ashford Benjamin, in partnership with global hedge funds and HFTs, seeks a Compliance Generalist in Hong Kong to cover trading activities across the APAC region. You will oversee the APAC compliance program, advise on regulatory updates, manage pre- and post-trade controls, incidents, and breaches, review new business initiatives, and implement applicable policies and procedures.

Ashford Benjamin is partnering with multiple global hedge funds and HFTs that are keen to expand their compliance team in Hong Kong.

In the role of a Compliance generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive compliance coverage to trading activities across the APAC region, overseeing the APAC compliance program, offering guidance on regulatory updates, managing pre- and post-trade control, compliance incidents and breaches, reviewing new business and product initiatives, and implementing pertinent compliance policies and procedures while performing core and regulatory compliance work.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of compliance experience at investment banks or buyside platforms, with experience in markets or investment compliance for APAC considered a strong advantage.
