Job summary

Connor seeks a senior leader to drive global client growth and manage cross-border relationships in home and housewares categories. You will own enterprise accounts, partner with merchandising teams, and coordinate sample reviews across multiple offices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with 6+ years in management.
Proven track record managing enterprise accounts across regions.
Hands-on experience with home/housewares products in Europe/US markets.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Lead global client performance, ownership, and commercial growth.
Develop and execute global vendor strategies with regional teams.
Oversee client sourcing across Connor offices and cross-functional teams.
Coordinate client trips and cross-functional collaboration for samples and sourcing.
Coach and develop internal teams to enhance capability and performance.
Maintain strong client relationships with high-quality delivery.
