1201 UOB Hong Kong is launching a 24-month Management Associate Programme designed to fast-track your career in banking. You will rotate across business segments, gain hands-on experience, and tackle real-world projects under seasoned mentors.

The programme seeks graduates with a bachelor's degree, limited work experience, a proven leadership record, and fluency in English (a second language is preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• No more than two years of work experience.
• Impressive track record in leadership.
• Fluency in English and preferably a second language.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a 24-month development journey with structured classroom training and job rotations across banking segments.
• Engage in a strategic corporate project to support Bank-wide initiatives and regional growth.
• Receive mentorship from Programme Manager, Senior Manager and a buddy as you progress through the programme.
