United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) Hong Kong is inviting high-potential graduates to join the Management Associate Programme. You will rotate across business segments and corporate functions, gaining regional exposure and hands-on experience in banking leadership.

You will benefit from structured training, mentorship from a Programme Manager and a Senior Manager, and a strategic project to drive Bank-wide initiatives within the region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• No more than two years of work experience.
• An impressive track record in leadership.
• Fluency in English and preferably a second language.

Aufgaben

• During the 24‑month programme, you will undergo a development journey with UOB.
• You will learn different aspects of the business through rotations in customer engagement and governance.
• You will undertake a strategic corporate project to develop, recommend and execute Bank‑wide initiatives.
• The programme provides regional exposure and cross‑border and cross‑functional projects.
• You will receive mentorship and development support from a Programme Manager and senior colleagues.
