Job summary

UBS in Hong Kong invites ambitious graduates to join its 2027 Global Banking Graduate Talent Program. You’ll work in Global Banking, build models for M&A, prepare industry analyses, and participate in live deal execution, gaining hands-on experience in a truly global bank.

We welcome applicants graduating in 2027 with language skills in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese, and a collaborative, hardworking mindset. The program lasts 24 months and combines training with real client work.

Qualifications

• Will graduate by June 2027 and have strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Mandarin, Korean or Japanese is preferred.
• Values: hardworking, trustworthy, dedicated, collaborative.
• Strategic thinker with good communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Evidence of how AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions.
• Prepare industry analyses for pitches.
• Participate in financial modelling and valuation exercises.
• Conduct market and company analyses, creating marketing materials.
• Get involved in the execution of live deals.
