Job summary

Headsearch21 Consultancy Ltd. seeks an Assistant Accountant with exposure to regional offices to manage the full set of accounts and support month-end closing for overseas offices.

You will prepare financial and management reports, analyze variances, and assist the supervisor in reporting processes. The ideal candidate holds a Higher Diploma or degree in Accounting, with preference for candidates from MNCs or larger companies and those with overseas office experience.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Accounting.
• Work experience in MNC / sizeable company is preferred.
• Overseas offices experience is preferred.
• Good in MS Excel (v-lookup, pivot table, sumif, filtering, etc).

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Handle month end closing for assigned overseas offices including preparation and review all financial and management reporting, variance analysis and schedules on a timely basis.
• Support and assist supervisor in all financial and management reporting.
• Maintain good working relationships with finance representatives and management team in offshore locations and give constructive advice where appropriate.
• Coordinate and handle inter-company recharges and reconciliations.
