Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable leader to manage end-to-end AP for global entities, ensuring accurate coding, documentation, and timely payments while strengthening internal controls. You will collaborate with regional accountants worldwide, author SOPs, support audits, and drive automation and process improvements across ERP systems in a hybrid or remote setup.

The role requires 10+ years in accounting/finance with leadership experience, proficiency in Oracle/NetSuite, and

Qualifications

10+ years of accounting/finance experience with a supervisory role.
CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
Hands-on experience with Oracle and NetSuite; Zip, Emburse, Brex, and virtual cards.
Experience with 2-way/3-way matching and ERP audit trails.
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; strong prioritization.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable workflow for global entities, ensuring accurate coding, documentation, and timely payments.
Act as central AP hub, coordinating with regional accountants worldwide to align practices and close months accurately.
Identify opportunities to streamline AP, drive automation, and strengthen internal controls.
Author, update, and maintain SOPs and working guides for AP and expense workflows.
Support external/internal audits using automated reporting to trace system data and transactions.
