Job summary

PFCC Group in Hong Kong is seeking an AI Product Owner to drive strategy, delivery, and scaling of AI-enabled capabilities within the Private Wealth Management footprint. Based in Hong Kong, you will bridge business strategy with technical execution and lead cross-functional teams from discovery to production.

You will own the multi-year AI roadmap, shape architecture options with engineering and data teams, and ensure alignment with risk and platform capabilities, delivering high-impact advisor

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Proven product ownership in financial services.
• Experience with AI, ML, data analytics, or automation.
• Strong knowledge of Private Wealth Management workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine multi-year AI product roadmap.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with sponsors, operations, compliance, and control teams.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment and rollout.
• Drive Agile execution and backlog readiness.
